Overcharged, wrongly treated and managers behaving badly is just the beginning of what The Village hotel in Solihull, UK, can offer.
This scandalous hotel is just getting worse where accusations are pouring out left, right and center and the gift of dishonesty is wrapped harder than a Christmas present. When I think of a hotel I think of comfort, rest and perfection. Whereas The Village with its purple box look serves lies, overcharges, hours of wait, discomfort and humiliation. The lies are so build up that you can’t even trust your closest ones. A manager described his hotel as “definitely not quality” and I couldn't agree more. It’s all about trash-talking instead of problem-fixing and back-stabbing instead of customer-service. The managers are so afraid that their flaws will come out so they accuse everyone, their own and their customers. 
The head managers are constantly firing their staff and suspend them, wrongly accused and wrongly treated. They shout, swear, act snappy and unprofessional towards everyone. Staff and customers. In only a couple of weeks time more and more have decided to leave this deathtrap and respect themselves. Because respect is nothing you can earn nor gain at this so called hotel. 
But with a general manager impersonal as a rock, a deputy manager incapable of following procedures, a bar manager that’s selfish as an Indian cow, a restaurant manager that hates all your children and chefs constantly overcooking your steak, there’s really no wonder why The Village has turn into such a disaster. 
But after all this time I wonder, why are they so adamant of accusing everyone else? they just must have a hidden treasure. So I say, let’s dig a little deeper and find the bones in their closet. I bet it’s not gonna take long, they’re really not that clever people.
